There are many characteristics to look at when selecting a suitable material for simulation:
               •  Viscosity – Viscosity is the measure of the ability of a material to resist flow.  This means that a
                 higher viscosity will cause the material to flow slower.  Viscosity is typically defined by the Melt
                 Flow  Index  (MFI)  or  Melt  Flow  Rate  (MFR).    The  viscosity  of  a  material  is  dependent  on  the
                 temperature and shear conditions it is under.
