              The House of Representatives passed on Monday the controversial omnibus bill on job creation
              into law, which is expected to bring about radical change in the country’s labor system and
              natural resources management.
              The final draft of the bill, a copy of which was obtained by The Jakarta Post, is 905 pages long
              and  amends  79  prevailing  laws,  including  the  Labor  Law,  the  Spatial  Planning  Law  and
              Environmental Management Law.



              HOUSE PASSES JOBS BILL AS RECESSION LOOMS

              The House of Representatives passed on Monday the controversial omnibus bill on job creation
              into law, which is expected to bring about radical change  in the country’s labor system and
              natural resources management.
