                                Three Cheese Homemade Scalloped Potatoes


                     A classic side dish with potatoes baked in creamy, cheesy sauce that is easily the
                   highlight of any meal you pair it with. These scalloped potatoes are delicious and the
                                             perfect choice over a starchier dish.



                 Ingredients:


                     • 3 tablespoons butter
                     • 1 small onion peeled and thinly sliced
                     • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
                     • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
                     • 1 cup water
                     • 2 cups milk
                     • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
                     • ½ teaspoon black pepper
                     • 2 teaspoons Premadonna Italian seasoning
                     • 4 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes sliced into rounds.
                     • 2 cups freshly-grated sharp cheddar cheese
                     • ½ cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
