It’s All In There Stuffed Peppers
The possibilities are endless when it comes to stuffed peppers. You can pack them with
meats, rice and veggies for a complete meal, at any time. Enjoy my recipe this one eats
like a full meal.
Ingredients:
• 6 bell peppers
• 2 1/2 cups chunky tomato sauce
• 1/2 onion chopped or thin slice
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1/4 teaspoon Premadonna Soul seasoning
• 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Premadonna Greek seasoning
• 4 cloves garlic minced or 2 tablespoon Premadonna Garlic Pepper
seasoning
• 2 teaspoons Premadonna Adobo seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Premadonna Italian seasoning
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Slice 1/2 inch from the tops of peppers and cut out the stems from the
tops. Set aside for later.
3. Cut the core from the inside of the peppers and strip away any seeds.
