6. Place muffin paper liners in a 12-cup muffin tin. Evenly divide the
                        cornbread mixture into a muffin pan.
                     7. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden







                                     Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice Yams

                   A traditional side dish that makes any meal special. A sweet addition to your menu,
                                           candied yams are a Southern favorite.


                 Ingredients:


                     • 6 large sweet potatoes
                     • 1/2 cup butter
                     • 2 cups white sugar
                     • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
                     • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
                     • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract




                 Preparation:


                     1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices.
                     2. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and add the sliced sweet potatoes.
                     3. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
                     4. Cover the sweet potatoes with sugar mixture and stir.
                     5. Cover skillet reduce heat to low and cook for about 1 hour or until
                        potatoes are “candied.” They should be tender but a little hard around
