The Southern Standard Corn Bread

                  No boxes on this one, this cornbread is made from scratch. My homemade recipe will
                   give you a change of heart on how you prepare your cornbread now. Sweet, with a
                 golden-brown crust. It’s almost impossible to leave this recipe off of your menu. It’s the
                                        perfect addition to any soul food dish line up.




                 Ingredients:


               • 1 cup all-purpose flour
               • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
               • 2/3 cup white sugar
               • 1 teaspoon salt
               • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
               • 1 egg
               • 1 cup milk
               • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
