Under the Sea-food Mac n Cheese


                  Boasting with shrimp and crabmeat in every delicious bite, this seafood macaroni and
                  cheese, is a big catch of southern comfort food.  A specialty dish that always serves on
                                                  the next level of goodness.




                 Ingredients:

                     • 1 package elbow macaroni noodles

                     • 1 pound cooked and cubed lobster meat
                     • 1 pound cooked shrimp
                     • 1 can evaporated milk

                     • 1 cup heavy cream
                     • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
                     • 3 eggs
                     • 2 sticks butter

                     • 1 pound shredded white Cheddar cheese
                     • 1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
                     • 1 pound shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
                     • 3 tablespoons Premadonna Italian seasoning

                     • 1 tablespoon Premadonna Paprika

                 Preparation:

                     1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow
                        macaroni boiling water, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender
                        yet firm. Drain.
                     2. Combine cooked noodles with shrimp and lobster
