The results should be communicated to patients via email. A copy of the results can be provided to the patients
               on request. Any action required based on the results of tests should be advised to the patient. The patient should
               be given the forum to ask about the relevance of these results. This can take place by email, telephone chat or
               video consultation.

               All the results and details of communication to the patient should be clearly documented in the patients notes.

               Any test results that are not complete for a variety of reasons. The patient should be contacted and the reason
               the test could not be completed should be communicated to the patient. The patient may need a new test kit
               to be sent out. Please contact Dr Daniel Clear with the patient details daniel@myclinic.ie to complete this.


               STI test results

               Home Sexually transmitted infection testing is delivered by MyClinic.ie. This can be ordered through:
               https://www.myclinic.ie/sexual-health

               Once the order is completed by the patient and payment made. The order is received, and a test kit pack is
               dispatched to the patient’s home address.
               The pack contains instruction and the test kit on how to collect the appropriate sample required.

               STI tests provided

                   •   Chalmydia and gonorrhea
                   •   Chlamydia, gonorrhea and HIV

                   •   HIV

                   •   Chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis
                   •   Human Papilloma virus test

               The test should be completed as per instructions provided with the pack.

               The samples collected should be placed within the prepaid package addressed for MedLab and posted to the
               lab. Once the samples are received in the lab the samples are processed.
               The results once available are sent via secure encrypted email, the file is password protected.

               The password is managed by Dr Daniel Clear and Dr James Ryan. The results are sent to the email address
               james@myclinic.ie

               This email address should be checked every working day for results.

               If a prescription for antibiotics is required by the patient the doctor should provide a prescription for this. The
               doctor should also explain the need for follow up testing after treatment. The doctor should also advise the
