the decision to dismiss.  Demotion or redeployment will be considered as an
                          alternative to dismissal in appropriate cases.

                       7.8 Gross Misconduct

                              7.8.1  AllPro Recruitment regards certain issues so serious as to warrant
                                     summary dismissal without going through the formal warning stages
                                     outlined above.  Matters that justify summary dismissal (termination
                                     of employment without notice or pay in lieu of notice) include, but
                                     are not limited to, the following:
                                     •  Criminal acts indicating a breach of AllPro Recruitment’s rules, or
                                         where the individual’s conduct affects liability or suitability for
                                         continued employment with AllPro Recruitment;
                                     •  Deception (e.g. making untrue statements to AllPro Recruitment
                                         on employment application forms, in statements relating to
                                         qualifications, falsifying references, documents relating to
                                         sickness/absence, falsifying expenses etc.);
                                     •  Negligence (e.g. breach of AllPro Recruitment’s health and safety
                                         regulations likely to cause injury to people or damage to
                                         equipment);
                                     •  Insubordination - persistent refusal or failure to obey a legitimate
                                         request;
                                     •  Illegal copying of proprietary computer software;
                                     •  Assault;
                                     •  Failure to follow AllPro Recruitment’s computer usage directives;
                                     •  Indecent/immoral acts;
                                     •  Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs whilst on
                                         AllPro Recruitment’s business;
                                     •  Unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential information;
                                     •  Violent, dangerous or intimidating conduct;
                                     •  Grave misconduct in the discharge of their duties;
                                     •  Dishonesty relating to either AllPro Recruitment, its directors,
                                         shareholders or employees;
                                     •  Become bankrupt or make any arrangement or composition with
                                         their creditors;
                                     •  Conduct which in the reasonable opinion of the Managing Director
                                         brings AllPro Recruitment into disrepute; or
                                     •  Behaviour during business hours, or at any Company related
                                         activities, in the presence of colleagues, clients, business
                                         associates or professional advisors which brings or is likely to bring
                                         serious discredit to AllPro Recruitment.

                              It must be recognized that these examples cannot be treated as a definitive
                              list. An instance may fall within more than one (1) definition depending on
                              the facts and circumstances of each case.

                              7.8.2  In all cases a full investigation will be held and if necessary, the
                                     employee will be suspended with pay pending the outcome of this
