‘The Agency Worker’ = Candidate who presents themselves to AllPro Recruitment
for consideration as a potential worker with any customers or clients of AllPro
Recruitment.
‘The Agency’ = AllPro Recruitment
‘The Client’ = Any customer or third party who engages & contracts with AllPro
Recruitment to provide personnel to complement its workforce.
