4.0 PAYMENT PROCESS:
4.1 Timesheets:
AllPro Recruitment uses Timesheets in managing the Agency Worker time and
attendance. This means that you as the Agency Worker are responsible for
recording and keeping a log of any and all hours worked on a weekly basis.
Once your timesheet has been completed for any given week, it must be
authorised by the supervisor at your location of work and then signed by you.
To make this process as expedient as possible, please ensure that names are
printed clearly on each sheet. Timesheets must be received no later than 10am
on Monday morning following the weeks completed work. Failure to submit on
time will result in your payment being delayed until the following week’s
payroll run.
In the event of a necessary correction on the timesheet, it is imperative that any
changes are subsequently initialled by the client / supervisor.
You are responsible for submitting your signed and authorised timesheet on
time, as directed by the Agency.
4.2 QUERIES:
Any queries relating to pay, payslips, or any type of remuneration must be made
to AllPro Recruitment directly. No queries should ever be made via the Client as
they will not be able to answer your questions.
4.3 HOLIDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAY PAY:
All AllPro Recruitment Agency Workers will be entitled to 8% of hours worked on
your basic hourly rate, to the maximum of 20 working days per year.
Holiday requests must be submitted at minimum 2 weeks in advance of
anticipated absence. Payment will normally be made with the weekly payroll
subject to verification of the form and remaining holiday balance.
Any Agency worker who has worked more than 40 hours in the five (5) weeks
ending on the day before a public holiday , is entitled to public holiday pay.
4.4 MINIMUM REST PERIODS
As part of your employment, and in accordance with the Organisation of Working
Time Act, if you work more than 4.5 hours you will be entitled to a 15 minute rest
break each day. If you work for more than six hours you will be entitled to a 30
