3.0 GETTING STARTED – INITIAL PRACTICAL STEPS:
               In order to register successfully with AllPro Recruitment you will need to provide the
               following information:
                       3.1    Bank Account Details (Bank or Building Society only)
                              •  Name and Address of Bank / Building Society.
                              •  Sort Code (6 digit bank code)
                              •  Account Number (8 digit account number)
                              •  Account holders name(s) (if you have a joint account then both names
                                 must be provided)
                              •  IBAN
                          Note: In order to process your payment as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is
                          important you check that the information provided to AllPro Recruitment is
                          correct. Any error in the account or bank codes provided may result in significant
                          delays in payment, for which AllPro Recruitment cannot be held responsible.

                       3.2    Your Personal Public Service Number  (PPS):
                              •  Your PPS number can be found on your former payslips, your P45 or on
                                 your Public Services Card issued by the Department of Social Protection.
                              •  If you do not know, or do not have your PPS number you can request it
                                 through your local social welfare office on completion of a REG1 form.
                                 Please see www.welfare.ie for further information concerning your
                                 unique PPS number.
                              •  Failure to provide a PPS number at the beginning of your engagement
                                 with AllPro Recruitment may result in your being taxed at a higher rate
                                 until your tax status is resolved.

                       3.3    Tax Credits:
                              •  You must provide payroll with all relevant information so that they may
                                 register you as an employee through the Revenue system
                              •  If it is your first time working in Ireland, you will need to contact the
                                 Revenue Tax Office and complete a Form A12 in order to be registered.

                       3.4    Non-European Union (EU) Nationals:
                              •  In compliance with EU legislation, any non-EU candidates must also
                                 present a valid working permit / visa in order to be registered with AllPro
                                 Recruitment.
                              •  It is the candidates own responsibility to acquire the necessary
                                 documentation before seeking work in Ireland.

                       3.5    Other forms of Identification:
                              •  AllPro Recruitment may at any time request additional forms of
                                 identification as deemed necessary by the Agency. This may be a current
                                 Passport, Drivers Licence or some other accepted form of official
                                 identification.
