The last step in the refurbishment process is to print a new price tag for your item(s). Let’s go over the
price tag information before you print those up for your newly refurbished items. As you can see, we
want our customers to know exactly what the terms of the agreement are, right up front. Everything is
calculated plainly and within view on the showroom floor:

How well do you know the RAC price tag? Well, here’s your chance to test your knowledge!
Here’s a price tag and all you have to do is draw a line to the spot you think fits the description. When
you’re all done get with another coworker to go over your answers and look at price tags in your store. TABLE OF CONTENTS

A This is the New or Previously Rented portion of
the price tag; it allows the customer to see if the
item has been previously rented, or is brand new. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE / PRICE TAG
