              When verifying a customer’s residence:

               1.  Identify yourself and the company, and ask to
                  speak to the landlord or the person who can
                  verify residence.

               2.  State that the customer wants to open an
                  account and has given this address as their
                  residence.
               3.  Ask if they will be able to verify the following                                             The
