                                                        To Respect









                                                                  Respect is the starting line for the level of conduct we
                                                              expect everyone at RAC to display. It leads to honesty and
                                                               integrity in all of your interactions, whether it’s with your
                                                              coworkers, the delivery vehicles, the merchandise or your
                                                                customers. When you respect your store and the people
                                                                                    and things in it, you create success.





                                                                              Speaking of success...
                                                                RAC has some serious expectations for how you achieve
                                                                     success. Winning the race is the idea, but cheating
                                                               through a race is not acceptable. Not only are there legal
                                                                issues involved in unethical actions, but any short-term
                                                                   gains are just that—you can never sustain long-term
                                                                                  success when ethics are up for grabs.

                                                                         Cheaters never prosper, the saying goes, and
                                                                           Rent-A-Center certainly stands behind that.

                                                                   RAC has created a Code of Conduct, in case the lines
                                                                 ever get fuzzy. But if it feels iffy, then it’s probably poor
                                                                  conduct. Remember to read the Coworker Handbook
                                                                 for more about coworker responsibilities, conduct, and
                                                                  ethics. Review the Code of Conduct and Performance
                                                                   Expectations with your franchisee or store manager.
