Activities
Activities are spread throughout the entire manual.
Each one has a purpose and is designed to teach
you the objectives needed to be successful at your
job. If you can’t complete an activity right away,
come back to it as soon as opportunity allows.

Quizzes

Quizzes will immediately follow your learning
materials and your activities for each section. These
are open-book, and great opportunities for you to
analyze what you’ve just learned. Use them to help
you in the review process with your learning coach.

All of your activities and quizzes must be completed
with a passing score before you can be red-star
certified.

Certifications

Red-Star: upon completion of Drive: First Gear, you
will be Red-Star Certified.

Blue-Star: upon completion of Drive: Second Gear,
you will be Blue-Star Certified! At this point, you
are still gaining experience within the business, but
have a firm grasp of the knowledge and skills you
need to do your job effectively.
