Getting set-up for your new job:

Your manager will use the following steps to make your first day at RAC a breeze:

1. Complete a store tour and have introductions to the store staff.
2. Discuss the store hierarchy and chain of command.

3. Complete all required new-hire paperwork.

4. Review your weekly work schedule, payroll process and your training schedule for Drive.
5. Discuss all Rent-A-Center and franchise policies and procedures. Be sure to include sick
time and vacation policies.
