The First Gear program is designed to bring new coworkers
up to speed on the basic skills and processes used in
stores on a daily basis. First Gear begins with several days
spent learning about the company and the rent-to-own
business, and the customer experience.

Drive: Second Gear

Completed at your store, Second Gear challenges you to
use the basic knowledge you received to gain a deeper TABLE OF CONTENTS
understanding of the business and how it relates to
your customers and your store's operational goals. You
should be finished with Second Gear by your 90th day of
employment.
