Updating Customer
Information
Updating customer information is an important function in the rental payment process. The most current
information must be kept on record should the store need to contact the customer. The ability to contact
the customer is critical to the business. WELCOME & ORIENTATION / TRAINING ROADMAP
The most important information is:
• Residential information (includes address and property manager information)
• Home / cell phone number or other contact phone number
• Employment information (includes phone number, when they work, etc.)
• Customer’s next pay day and pay frequency
• Reference names, phone numbers and addresses
• Email address, if choosing ePay as an optional payment method
