the groom begins with the bride lying on a mat made of pandanus. Then, the palms of the hands
and feet along with the tips of the nails.
11. Finish the Qur'an
This event is usually carried out by the bride and groom who are about to get married.
Parents usually will allow their children to marry if their son or daughter is judged to be good at
reading the Koran. The qatam Al-Quran event will be carried out by the bride and groom in front
of the aisle, which will be attended by a number of recitation mothers and their Koran teachers.
After completing the qatam, the bride and groom will go to the house of the teacher of the Koran
to take the tabak, namely the yellow pulut which has been neatly arranged on a container made of
carved wood that has been decorated with strep, egg flowers and red eggs.
12. Aqad Marriage
The marriage contract is one of the most important series of the marriage process; because
with the implementation of the marriage contract, a young couple has officially become husband

flour begins with the raising of the bride to the aisle (peterakne) which is followed by the groom.

side is asked to start. Furthermore, these offerings are made alternately (alternating).
To carry out this event, equipment is needed, such as: gandarusa leaves, samba grass,
golden pudding leaves, thousand-thousand roots. And the ingredients which in turn will be used
as sweepers or choppers, such as: turmeric rice, washing rice, bertih, lime powder water, henna
cecah and henna for dance.
