“EDDM stands for Every Door Direct Marketing. It’s a
           service offered through the US Post Office, in which you
           can send a flyer out to local home owners. There’s no need
           for mailing lists, instead you can send an ad out to the
           doorsteps of  entire neighborhoods.”

           At this point you are now educating them, so here is where
           your pitch comes in. You need to let them know what
           our service is, how it works, let them know that we are
           EXTREMELY inexpensive because they are joining mailer
           with only a SMALL number of other local businesses,
           and overall just trying to talk our business up as a great
           marketing opportunity for them to get local customers. A
           typical 1-2 minute pitch may go like this:

           “So essentially what we do is once a month we send out
           a flyer to 20,000 local home owners via EDDM. (Show
           the owner the example flyer) which is a massive chunk
           of the homes in [Current City]. The reason our marketing
           approach is unique from other companies like yellow
           pages and penny saver is that we only have space for a...
