COMMAND your leadership presence with Mindfulness Practices

            Meditation
                ●  Sit comfortably in your chair or on the floor on a folded blanket or cushion.
                ●  Keep your back straight from the base of your spine to your neck. This creates a straight path for energy to
                    flow up your spine.
                ●  Place your hands on your thighs with your palms face up or down.
                ●  Rest your feet flat on the floor if you are sitting in a chair.
                ●  Cross your ankles or legs if you are seated on the floor.
                ●  Close your eyes or use a soft downward gaze.
                ●  Notice your breaths as you slowly breathe in and out, in and out.
                ●  Focus on your breathing by counting your breaths
                ●  Blow out a long breath out, count 1...
                ●  Breathe in deeply through your nostrils...
                ●  Take another long breath blow out, count 2...
                ●  Breathe in deeply through your nostrils...
                ●  Take another long breath, blow out, count 3...
                ●  Repeat for 10 breaths


            Other Mindfulness Practices that increase your awareness
                ●  Work with a coach or therapist, mentor or a trusted resource to support your personal mission.
                ●  Complete an assessment tools to help illuminate your strengths & challenges.
                ●  Integrate and maintain healthy habits such as exercise, healthy eating and self-care.
