1x/week: is more of an independent program, you will meet with your trainer EVERY week
and the other 2 days that you’re without a trainer, we will write out a program for you to
follow.
2x/week: is more hands on. YOUR trainer will do an upper and lower body session with
you or 2 dynamic workouts, depending where you are in your program and on the 3rd day
you will follow a workout we map out for you.
3x/week: takes away all the guess work for you! You show up to the gym every time with a
trainer and go through workouts like we did today!!!

The good news today Mrs. Jones everyone that signs up on the day of their consultation
receives $5 off each session from all programs… That’s a huge savings!!!!
1x/week is normally $50/session, but with your discount you’re looking at $45/ session and
only 90/2WKS.
2x/week is normally $45/session, but with your discount you’re looking at $40/ session and
only 160/2WKS.
3xwk/week is normally $40/session, but with your discount you’re looking at $35/ session
and only 210/2WKS.
