Step 1: 6 Months
Mrs. Jones we have a few programs to choose from but Like we discussed earlier, your
goals will take about 12 months, but i’d rather start you off with the 6 month program and at
the point that we earn your confidence, we can always upgrade for another 6 months.
Wouldn’t you agree?
Step 2: Features and Benefits
All of our programs come with Nutritional Guidance. We will show you what to eat before
and after your workouts and what to eat throughout the week to maximize your results.
We are going to Design a Resistance Training Program for all the days you come to the
gym. The days you’re not with your trainer we will write out what to do for you on those
days. If we were to map out a program would you be able to follow it? (They Will Say Yes)
Great, so you see the benefits of having that structure? Dynamic sessions are like the
session we did today. Not a lot of machines, more functional training to maximize your
results.
We are also going to create a Cardio Program for you to follow to make sure you are in your
target heart rate zone. We have to make sure you’re not doing too much or too little cardio
so you aren’t wasting time your time in the gym. Your cardio program needs to progress
every 4-6 weeks as you gain more endurance and get in better shape.
Fitness Evaluations will be done every 4-6 weeks. We will test the change in your body
composition and do circumference measurements to make sure you’re making the progress
we need to hit your goal. After each evaluation, we will change your program up to make
sure we don’t hit any plateaus.
Step 3: Frequency Description
Let me explain your different options Mrs. Jones you can work with a trainer from 1 time per
week to 5 times per week.
You told me earlier you would like to work with a trainer up to 3 times per week so let’s not
look at 4-5 times per week…. were not training for the Olympics. (Cross off 4 and 5x/week)
