Pneumatic Connections: Air Panels to Cylinders
1) Mount the four Air Regulation Panels in the equipment room and route a 1/4” poly-flow
airline from the Main Air Supply to the air panels and connect to the location shown below.

2) Determine and label two Air Panels for the driver side SideWinder® and two for the
passenger side SideWinder®. All labels for the Air Panels are to be field supplied.
3) Use 1/4” field supplied black airlines for extending the Cylinders and 1/4” field supplied gray
airlines for retracting the Cylinders on the SideWinders®.
4) Measure the distance from the Air Panels to the Utility Manifold on the driver side and
passenger side SideWinders®.
5) Cut four 1/4” black airlines and four 1/4” gray airlines to the measured lengths.
6) Starting with the two Driver Side Air Panels connect a black airline to the Extend Regulator
and a gray airline to the Retract Regulator on each Air Panel.
