Connecting the Chemical Delivery System to SideWinders®
At this point, the SideWinders® have been installed in the tunnel and the chemical delivery system
should be in place and operational.

Note: It is recommended that the chemical delivery system be installed as close to the SideWinders® as
possible to ensure optimal performance.

CAUTION

It is imperative that no foreign materials are in the supply lines before final connections are made.
To be sure of this, the lines should be blown out prior to final hookup.

All utilities MUST be installed in accordance with all local and national codes.

1) Connect a field supplied 1/2” poly-flow line to the Pump on the chemical delivery system and
route it out to the center of the tunnel.

2) Insert a 1/2" tee fitting into polyline as shown below.

3) Measure the distance from the tee to the Utility Manifold on the driver side and passenger side
SideWinders®.
4) Cut two 1/2” polylines, one for each SideWinder®, to the measured length.
