Connecting the Chemical Delivery System to SideWinders®
8) Locate the Blue Hose and four (4) Clamps that were supplied with the SideWinder® assemblies.
This Hose will be used to connect the Utility Manifold to the Water Manifold on each
SideWinder®.

½” Dia. 200PSI 5’ Length ½ Hose Clamps

9) Measure and cut the Blue Hose to the desired length; be sure to provide adequate slack in the
hose to allow for the full range of motion of the SideWinders®.

Note: It is recommended that the hydraulic lines be wrapped with spiral wrap for support to prevent
them from distorting and premature wear.

10) Then on each SideWinder® clamp the Hydraulic Hose to the hydraulic fitting on the Utility
Manifold and to the hydraulic fitting on the Water Manifold, as shown below.
