Problem Cause Solution
Upper Hub Tilt not No air supplied to the Verify that the extend airline for the Upper
functioning or back end of the cylinder Cylinder is connected properly
responding slowly Thru bolt too tight Slightly loosen the bolt/nut that holds the back
binding the cylinder of the tilt cylinder to the Upper Arm
Too much spring Loosen the spring tension by turning the Spring
tension Retention Plate on the bottom of the spring
counter clockwise. Only a couple of turns at a
time do not unthread it completely from the rod.

LEDs not working Wire connections not Make sure all the electrical connections
seated properly between the cable, slip ring, wire harness and
Pins in wire connectors LEDs are aligned and seated properly
may be bent Check to make sure that the pins in the
Water inside electrical connectors are not bent
connections Apply dielectric grease to the electrical receptor
Wear on wires from hub and reconnect the connectors
skins Wrap the connections with electrical tape to
protect them from the car wash elements
Verify all wires are routed in their proper
channels, are secured to the unit and there is
adequate clearance between the wires and hub
skins to prevent wear on the wires
