MULTI-PURPOSE ARCH



            Installation


            Main Water Feed
                   1)  Locate the supplied barbed hose fittings and secure them into the top of the previously installed
                       upper Tee fitting using Liquid Teflon™. Direct plumb hydraulic hose instead of using hose-barb for
                       High-Pressure applications.
                   2)  Locate the supplied foam pendant cap. Place the pendant cap and hose clamp over feed hose.
                       Push the hose on the barbed fitting. Tighten the hose clamp. If you have the Dual Feed Option,
                       secure the Pendant Cap onto the Pendant then install the Dual Feed Assembly.

            Nozzle Installation
                   1)  Locate the supplied nozzles and nozzle extensions. Secure all extension into the manifolds through
                       the small holes in the foam covers.
                   2)  Electrically connect water solenoid valve or other optional equipment to the car wash controller unit
                       (if applicable).
                   3)  Flush system lines and manifold, then install nozzles according to the Nozzle Guide beginning on
                       the next page.
                   Note:  Lubricate nozzles and extensions with a Liquid-Teflon™ (NO TAPE) for easier installation
                          and maintenance.


                   Note:  Nozzle selection is dependant on application,  Nozzles  vary for High-Pressure, Reclaim,
                          Pre-Soak, Waxes and R.O.
