5) Utility Arch-Triple Foam: Mount it to the head beam at the distance shown below using
the wedge plate and 1/2-13 fastener. The six tees are to face the exit of the arch.

Spray Arch-Triple Foam: Mount it at the location shown in the images without using the
wedge plate and 1/2-13 fastener as shown below.
• Remove the 1/2-13 hex head bolt and the ½” lock washer from the Triple Foam block
assembly
• Remove the 3/8-16 button head fastener from the frame (shown in the image below-left)
• Use a field supplied 3/8-16 x 2”fastener with a 3/8” flat and lock washer to secure the
maifold to the arch frame. Be sure to use the wedge-plate as a spacer between the arch
and the manifold
• The six tees are to face the exit of the arch.

6) From the center feed assembly, you will run the supplied 1/4” airlines to each side of the
Arch for the air and for the water/chemical feed.

Note: If the foaming pods have been mounted to a LED Neon Spray Arch, the 1/4” airlines will
have to run and be secured in the field on the exit side of the head beam and legs.

Note: Steps 7 thru 15 only apply to foaming pods that are mounted to a Neon Utility Arch.
7) Locate the three, one foot sections of nylon protective sleeve from the accessory box.

You will use two of the sections at each corner of the head beam. The third will be used
at the point where the airlines will come out of the filler strip at the upper portion of each
leg.
