Additional Options: Foam Pods

Tri-Mounted Single Foam Pod

Note: If you have selected the single foam pod tri-mount kit, read through the previous section
first to get the driver side and passenger side foam pod assemblies mounted to the
Chameleon Arch. Then proceed to follow through the section below.
1) Locate the remaining single foam pod tri-mount components.

2) Secure the mount bars and the shim plates on top of the front pendant cover using the
supplied 1/4-20 bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. Do not tighten the bolts yet. Use
the images below for more detail.

Note: You will need to remove the ¼-20 button head screws and the white plastic caps at this time
if you have already mounted the front pendent cover.

3) Locate the foam pod cross brace, the 3/8-16 bolts, the 3/8 flat washers, and the 3/8 lock
washers. Mount the cross brace to the top mount bars as shown in the images below. At
this time you can tighten all of the 1/4-20 and the 3/8-16 bolts.

4) Mount the foam pod angle to the foam pod cross brace using the two, 3/8-16 button head
fasteners. Tighten the fasteners down.
