Additional Options: Foam Pods

Tri-Mounted Single Foam Pod
Single Pods / Single Color: If you are planning on running one color of chemical
through each pod, then you will use both 3-way dividers to split the air and
chemical/water feeds to all three foam pods. Use the images below for more detail.

Single Pods / Three Colors: If you are planning on running a different color through
each foam pod (3 colors total), then you will use one of the 3-way dividers to split the air
to all three foam pods. Take the other 3-way divider and remove the three, 3/8” stem x
1/4” tube elbows. Place one of the elbows in to each of the 1/2” x 3/8” unions. Now run
one color to each union. Use the images below for more detail.

7) At this point you can refer back to the previous foam pod mounting section to route the
main 1/2” airlines to the center of the Neon Arch and the 1/4” airlines to each side. Use
the images below for routing the 1/4” airlines to the center foam pod assembly.
