Maintenance
Routine Procedures
Foam Bullets™
Check spray nozzles
Run a test wash to begin each business day
Inspect all air-lines making sure they are not making contact with sharp objects or in the path of vehicles
Use a warm rag/towel to wipe Foam Bullet™ of any dirt or debris
Trouble Shooting
Problem Cause Solution
No chemical Clogged foot valve on suction line Clean or replace foot valve
Empty storage tank Fill storage tank

Chemical pump has lost prime Prime chemical pump (Flojet or MixStir are self priming)
Solenoid valve not energized Check for proper operating voltage
Pulsating or weak Dirt in solenoid valve Disassemble and clean solenoid valve
spray
Kink in hose Remove any kinks from hose
Inadequate water pressure Open water valve to fullest
Spray holes clogged Remove the fittings and foam bullets and blow the
screen to remove any film
Loose or bad fittings
Disable the Pod and clean with thin wire and blow
through each port
Check all fittings on the complete system to assure that
they are tight and do not leak
LED is not On or Connection in Foam Bullet™ is Verify electrical connection is secure
Flashing loose
Replace LED light assembly (110634)
Short in LED light assembly
If using a Belanger MixStir to supply the Foam Bullets™ refer to that manual (1MANUL450) for troubleshooting

If using a Belanger supplied Pulsatron pump assembly with air panel which is a Auto Fluid Injection System

(AFIS) to supply the Foam Bullets™ refer to that manual (1MANUL006) for troubleshooting any issues and to
diagnose any repair or maintenance issues.
