PREP JET SYSTEM



                       Initial Startup
                          This Section Critical to Proper Operation

                                                            CAUTION

                                DO NOT START UNTIL THE TANK HAS BEEN FILLED AND

                                             THE OIL IS AT THE PROPER LEVEL!!!
                              1)  Turn on the power to the pump motor and check rotation.

                              2)  Adjust the pressure of the Prep-Jet System
                                 a)  Adjusting the unloader pressure must be done with the system “ON”.
                                 b)  Start the system with the unloader backed to the lowest pressure setting.
                                 c)   Squeeze the trigger and read the pressure on the gauge at the pump. If more pressure is desired, release the
                                     trigger, turn the adjusting nut 1/4 turn, squeeze the trigger and read the pressure gauge.
                                 d)  Repeat this method until desired pressure is attained.
                                                            CAUTION

                              IMPORTANT: DO NOT EXCEED 1000 PSI (68.9 BAR). Pressure fluctuation is minimal with
                                                        the opening of each additional gun.
                                 e)  Once the desired pressure is reached, set the top locking nut to hold the pressure.
                                                            CAUTION


                                   DO NOT ADJUST THE UNLOADER PRESSURE TO COMENSATE FOR WORN
                                                                  NOZZLES.

                                 f)   Checking nozzle wear should be part of the regular maintenance.

                                                            CAUTION

                               AFTER THE FIRST 100 HOURS OF OPERATION, CHANGE THE OIL IN
                              THE PUMP. REPLACE ONLY WITH CAT™ WHICH CAN BE ACQUIRED
                                THROUGH YOUR DISTRIBUTOR OR BELANGER, INC. OIL IS TO BE
                                             CHANGED EVERY 500 HOURS THEREAFTER.


                                                            CAUTION

                               DO NOT ROTATE PUMP WHEN OIL RESERVOIR IS EMPTY.
