Chapter 15 MixStir® Options

High Pressure Wax Option Overview
The Optional Sealer Wax can be ordered either low pressure (by adding another Pulsatron™pump) or
as a high-pressure wax. The High Pressure Wax option can be setup and used the following
two ways.

High Pressure Wax Option #1

This allows for 2 programmable wax passes. One at low-pressure using both arms simultaneously and one at
medium pressure also using both arms.
1. For this style, connect the wax solenoid cable located on the SDM to the SDM Electrical Distribution Block
as shown below.
2. At the HMI, program a Sealer Wax pass with a pump speed set between 26-100%.. For packages with
low pressure wax, see “Application Configuration” in your Saber® Programming Manual. For passes with
medium pressure wax, use Sealer Wax pass
In this configuration the Drying Agent is using the Pulsatron™ pump and Sealer Wax is using
MixStir® tank.
