2. Determine the location in the building where the MixStir is going to be located. Position it on wall
allowing for placement of chemical drums to be located under the holding tank.
Note: To maximize the efficiency of your MixStir® a mounting location should be selected that will
minimize the utility lines length.
3. Secure the MixStir® Tank to the wall in the appropriate location making sure it is at least 6 feet from the
floor and as close as possible to the Pumping Station while leaving room to allow inspection and repairs
on all sides of the Pumping Station.

4. Hang the MixStir® Tank on the Mounting Plate as shown below.
5. On the rear of the tank assembly there is an overflow fitting that will require a 1/2” hose that is run down
to a drain or splash-safe location.
