E-1063 Operator Interface

Mounting of the operator interface should be done in an area out of direct sun light. This panel is
sealed against water intrusion, which means it does not breathe very well.
We recommend this unit be mounted within sight of the entire wash but away from exposure to
water i.e. Rocker Spin Cleans or Side Blasters. The Dryer (exit) end is a safe zone although it
makes it difficult to manually load vehicles from the operator interface. Best case scenario would
be behind glass at the entrance of the bay.
NOTE TO ELECTRICIANS AND ARCHITECHS
The communication cable for the E-1063 is a 6-condutor shielded cable. Only connect
shield to ground in the SCC. Do not connect shield anywhere in the E-1063 enclosure.
