Frame Erection and Placement Overview
Saber® Frame Installation
The Saber® machine has a wall mounted frame and a floor mounted frame available.
The wall mounted frame is ideal for bays up to a maximum width of 17 feet and mounts directly to the
wall thus creating the most open and inviting scenario in the wash bay.
The floor mounted frame is ideal for bays where a wall mount is not an option either because the walls
are not reinforced enough to carry the loads or the width of the bay is greater than 17 feet. Included in
the floor mounted frame are white powder coated oval legs that accept filler strips in black, red, blue,
green, orange, and yellow which create a neat clean look in the wash bay. The following sections
describe the installation of each frame configuration.

Getting Started
Create 4 blocks made from scrap 2 x 4 pieces as shown below.
