Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly

Frame Assembly (All Styles)

Optional Rail Heat, Rubber Heat Strip and Enclosure Installation
3) Locate the supplied Electrical Enclosure.
4) Drill and tap two 10-32 sized holes at the center point of the entrance or exit crossbeam using the Enclosure
as a location template. Make sure that the ground wire sticking out of the Enclosure faces AWAY from the
side of incoming supply. Secure the Enclosure to the crossbeam as shown below.

5) Drill and tap another 10-32 sized hole and secure the ground wire to the crossbeam as shown below.

6) Drill four 1/4” holes spaced 15” apart on each side of the enclosure at locations shown below.

Resume the frame assembly. The completion of the Rail Heat Option will come later in this chapter.

Note: Be sure to use caution during the frame assembly making
sure not to pinch or damage the lead wires.
