Chapter 3: Installation of DryLite® with Air Cannons™
70HP Nozzle Frame Mounts
The following shows the correct position & orientations of the Pivot Mount Brackets. A leveler may
be needed for this procedure. All adjustments are done at the pivot points of the Mount Brackets.
1) The instructions are for mounting the Air Cannons™ facing the exit of the tunnel except for
the top center Air Cannon™. Secure the Mounts to the frame in the locations and
orientations shown below. The dimensions for positioning the Mount Brackets on the Head
Beam are recommendations; to equally space the Air Cannons™ on the Beam.

Position the Mount Brackets as shown
62” and secure to Top Beam and Legs. 62”
Alternative Installation: If it is preferred to
Pivot mount the top center Air Cannon™ facing the
Point exit side rotate the Mount and install it on the
Head Beam as shown above. The 42-15/16”
Upper Leg Mount dimension should then be taken from the
Driver Side Leg Corner Bracket.
2) Adjust the Leg Mounts horizontally as shown below. All horizontal adjustments are done at
the pivot points of the Mounts. Confirm that the Mount Brackets on the Top Beam have the
Pivot on the specified side of the Frame refer to image below.

3) Once the Pivot Mount Brackets are properly set, securely tighten all fasteners.
