Arm Clevis Mount Fasteners
(2 each per side) (4 each per side)

1/2-13 x 3-1/4” HHCS
1/2” Lock Washer

Fasteners
Bearing Covers (1 set per side)
(2 each per side)

1/4-20 x 3/4” SHCS
1/4” flat washer
1/4” lock washer

It will be
necessary to
swing the arm to
one side in order
to install the
bearing covers.
