Installation

Safety Bands
Once motor component orientation has been confirmed as being correct, cut bands on the booms and carefully
swing them open.

Cylinder Mounting
1) Attach cylinder clevis to the angled clevis mounts on the booms.
2) Tighten flow valves to hold the desired position of arms during installation.

Positive Stops
The positive stops located at the top of the frame on the passenger side is in an inverted position during
shipping. It will need to be rotated 180 degrees.
1) Locate the driver side inside positive stop assembly (shipped loose).
2) Secure the positive stop assembly into place in the same orientation as the passenger side.
3) Rotate the passenger side positive stop 180 degrees and secure into place.

CAUTION

Do not install any cleaning material until all equipment has been installed, turned on and
checked for hydraulic, pneumatic and water leaks.
