Installation

Utilities General
Although the Wash Around can be driven electrically or hydraulically, the following connections apply to
both styles.
Pneumatics (Air) Connections
A clean, dry air supply from a minimum 10cfm air compressor that can deliver 90PSI line pressure is
required.

Note: Air compressor not supplied by Belanger, Inc.
1) From the compressor, run 1/4” airlines to the regulator on the wash module located on the upper
frame.

Main air supply
90-PSI minimum
120-PSI maximum

CAUTION

It is imperative that no foreign materials are in the supply lines before final connections are
made. To be sure of this, the lines should be blown out prior to final hookup.
