Drive Belt Replacement and Tightening

19) Belt tension will effect pulley alignment. Check pulley alignment with a straight edge on the large
pulley, extending up to the small pulley. If they are not within 1/8” then loosen belts, slide small pulley
in or out the amount they were off, and repeat steps 5 thru 13.
20) Tighten Jam Nut (C).
21) Replace Belt Guard.
22) Turn the systems Main Disconnect back on.
