SUPER PUMPING STATION

Initial Startup Procedure

Pump Station

CAUTION

Pump Station Startup MUST NOT be performed until Electrical Startup is complete.
1) Set All MCC Output Card Switches fully to the left to the “AUTO” position.
2) Confirm that proper oil level is in CAT Pump™. 1/2 way up the sight gauge. Belanger, Inc. WILL NOT warranty a pump
that has not been sufficiently maintained with proper oil levels.
3) Fill Pump Station Tanks if not done previously.
4) Check the rotation of both main pumps by pressing USER/FORCE/MORE/ENABLE FORCE. Once the FORCE ENABLE
cursor is over the desired pump, press ENTER to operate the pump. Be sure to press ENTER twice to “bump” the function
ON then immediately OFF while someone else observes the pump rotation. Repeat this process for the other pump. If
necessary, change the rotation by swapping two of the three wires at the bottom of the Motor Starter.
5) Check the rotation of the Procon™ Pump by pressing USER/FORCE/ENABLE FORCE once the FORCE ENABLE cursor is
over Pump 3 Velocity. Now enter “43” as the velocity then cursor over to Presoak 1 and press ENTER to operate the pump.
Be sure to press ENTER twice to “bump” the function ON then immediately OFF while someone else observes the pump
rotation. If necessary, change the rotation by swapping wires 2T1 and 2T2 at the terminal and check it again.
CAUTION

Procon™ Pump MUST be run with water supply on.

6) Purge Rocker Blaster Lines by going to E-300 MAIN screen. Move through the USER MENU to FORCE screen. Run for 2
minutes. Push RESET FORCE to shut down the Pump.
7) Check passenger side operation by pressing USER/FORCE/MORE/ENABLE FORCE/P/S ONLY. Now cursor over to Pump
1 and press ENTER.
8) Confirm that there is water flow out of the passenger side Water Manifolds and press ENTER to turn off Pump 1.
9) Turn off P/S ONLY and repeat the process for the driver side.

Unloader Valve
1) Force Pump 1 and Pump 2 on for the driver side ONLY.
2) Adjust Unloader Valves down until the gauges read 1100PSI.
3) Back-off Unloader Valve on Pump 1 until pressure on both pumps drop to 1050PSI and then adjust back to 1100PSI.
4) Back0off Unloader Valve on Pump 2 until pressure on both pumps drop to 1050PSI and then adjust back to 1100PSI.
