SUPER PUMPING STATION
Maintenance
General
• Remove the belt guard; inspect the belt for proper tension and wear (Refer to the pumping
station section of this manual for instructions on adjusting belt tension).
• Check the oil level and quality in the Cat Pump. Use only Cat™ pump oil.
• Verify all nozzles are clean. Run a vehicle; inspect the pressure gauge on the pumping
station during the high-pressure passes. The pressure should be within 150 PSI of original
setting. If this is NOT the case, nozzles may be worn.
NOTE: REFER TO THE PUMPING STATION MANUAL TO INSURE THE PUMP PRESSURE
SETTINGS.
