Startup

Verify Retract Pressure (if applicable)
With the wheel spinning, adjust the air pressure on the regulator located on the Photo-Eye Retract
Air Panel. This will adjust the speed that the wheel will raise off of the vehicle surface.
General

1) Flush water through the Manifold to remove any debris from the line before installing the
Nozzles.
2) Locate the four (4) Nozzles and Nozzle Fittings in the Accessory Box and assemble them
together. Install the Nozzle Assemblies into the Manifold.

3) Adjust each of the Nozzle Assemblies so that they are at about a 5 degree angle from the
centerline of the Crossbeam & Manifold Assembly as shown in the image below.

4) Run a test vehicle.
5) Check the system for any air leaks.
6) Adjust the Entrance and Exit Posi-Stops as necessary.
7) Verify that the Retract Cylinder (if applicable) is operating properly and that the PSI setting
on the regulator is correct. Adjust as necessary.
