Installation

Electric Motor Installation

Motor/Gearbox and LED Electrical Cables Routing
1) The Motor & LED Electrical Cables have been pre-routed through the driver side Arm
Assembly and the ends are extending out through the conduit fittings. Route both cables
through the Conduit supplied in the Accessory Box. Refer to the image below.

2) One end of the Motor/Gearbox Cable and LED Cable will be connected to their
corresponding Main Power Supply Line in the Electrical Enclosure, shown above.

3) On the other end the LED Cable has already been connected to the Slip Ring in the
previous section. The Motor/Gearbox cable will need to be connected to the Motor; remove
the cover on the Motor Electrical Box, route the Motor Cable through the Motor Cord Grip
and secure to the four (4) wire leads. See the image below.
CAUTION

It is recommended that a licensed electrician is contracted to perform all electrical installations.

4) After the Motor has been wired, secure the Upper Cover onto the plastic Motor Cover using
the supplied self-tapping screws.
