Installation
Connecting the Motor and Slip Ring to the Drive Shaft

10) Locate the LED Cable Receptor coming through the center of the Drive Shaft and apply
dielectric grease to the receptor.

Apply dielectric grease to Align tabs on connectors and
the Receptor. press together gently. Wrap
connection with electrical tape.

Slip Ring Plug

11) Align the Slip Ring Plug with the LED Cable Receptor and press the connectors together gently,
refer to images above. Wrap the connection with electrical tape.

12) Thread the Slip Ring Shaft onto the Drive Shaft then slide the Slip Ring down onto the Slip Ring
Shaft.

Step 12b:
Slide the Slip Ring onto
the Slip Ring Shaft.

Step 12a:
Thread the Slip Ring Shaft
onto the Drive Shaft.

13) Secure the Slip Ring to the Torque Mount on the Motor, see images below.
Torque Mount

Shoulder Bolt:
5/16” X 3/4"
Nut: 1/4”-20
