Installation
Loading the ShineMitt™ onto the Hub Assembly

9) Apply dielectric grease to the receptor on the LED. Align the indicators on the LED Receptor and
the Wire Harness Plug and press them together gently so the pins do not get bent.

Step 9:
Align tabs on
connectors and Step 10:
press together Carefully feed the
gently. Wrap Wires thru the
connection with End Plate Holes
electrical tape. into the Hub.

10) Carefully feed the wire connections through the End Plate Holes and into the Hub Assembly.

11) Apply Red Loctite 271 to the End Plate Fasteners and reassemble the End Plate back onto the
Hub Assembly.

Step 12:
Secure the LED
Wires to the End
Plate with the
Clamps.

Step 11:
Apply Red Loctite 271 to
the End Plate Fasteners.

12) Secure the LED Wires to the End Plate with the plastic Clamps, refer to image above on right.

13) Apply Anti-Seize™ to the Hub Cap Fasteners and reassemble the Hub Cap back onto the Hub
Assembly.

Step 14:
Apply Anti-Seize™ to the
fasteners and reattach the Hub
Cap to the Hub Assembly.
